You tell us about the business you are starting, your proposed business name, ownership, business activities and what infrastructure you already have. We review the information and identify anything that still needs to be completed.
We Complete the Preliminary Research
Before your setup call, we review business name availability, domain availability, NAICS code, the appropriate official state filing portal, missing formation information and any infrastructure still needed before filing. This keeps your setup call focused on getting things done.
Attend Your 30-Minute Foundation Setup Call
During your Zoom setup call, we guide you through establishing the accounts and infrastructure that should remain under your ownership. You control your own computer and create your own accounts using your own credentials and payment method. Depending on what you already have, this can include your business address, business phone, domain and Google Workspace professional email.
Formation Review and Filing
Once the prerequisite information is ready, we perform a pre-filing review, then prepare the filing using the appropriate official state registration portal and the information you provided. The information is reviewed for accuracy before submission. State filing fees are paid separately by the client.
Complete the Post-Formation Setup
After the state approves the business, we move into EIN, operating agreement, business banking guidance, D&B number guidance, a final infrastructure review and your business-credit-readiness roadmap. You leave with more than a newly filed business. You leave with a foundation you can actually build on.
